Win a £100 gift voucher 💰 Take our Menopause Journey survey
🗣️ Be part of the change to support women in every stage of menopause…
In this special issue of Take the Lead, we’re talking menopause. You might be in the thick of it, have already gone through it or wondering, ‘What the hell, that’s years away for me’. But until recently, menopause was rarely talked about, shrouded in stigma and shockingly underfunded in medical research or support.
That’s why we want to hear from you. The Female Lead’s Menopause Journey Survey is essential research to support women during perimenopause and postmenopause. By listening to REAL life experiences, we can help change the experience for women in the workplace and at home dealing with symptoms.
Be part of our new research and share your experience of navigating perimenopause and postmenopause if you’re at that stage of life - or share this newsletter with someone you know going through it right now.
You’ll be in with the chance to WIN a £100 gift voucher. 💰Ts&Cs apply. Closes 30th January 2026.
Menopause is still misunderstood, undiagnosed, dismissed, or hidden despite 13 million people currently peri or menopausal in the UK - the equivalent to a third of the entire female UK population [Wellbeing of Women].
In one of the largest surveys to date, the Menopause Journey Survey gives you the platform to share your personal experiences at whatever stage of menopause you’re at. We’re determined to build a world where everyone going through menopause receives the understanding, support, and dignity they deserve.
You’ll help us gain a deeper and more sensitive understanding of the day-to-day support menopausal women need and deserve - in everyday life and in the workplace.
This survey is open to anyone experiencing symptoms of peri- or postmenopause. While most participants will identify as women, The Female Lead welcomes trans men, intersex people, and non-binary individuals whose voices are essential to building an inclusive picture of menopause today.
The online survey closes 30 January 2026 and the findings will be published later in 2026. All responses are anonymous and fully protected…
