Inspiring Female Leaders of The Future 🎓
Our annual flagship event Inspiring Careers of The Future was another enormous success. On the 21st of March, we brought together over 600 students, business leaders and a panel of incredible female speakers to deliver a special event for our schools’ community. Our aim is to encourage more girls into subjects like STEM and open their minds to new and diverse career options.
Making Women Impossible to Ignore 👀
On International Women’s Day we reached an estimated 1.6 million people with powerful words and photographs of some of our amazing Female Leads. Huge digital billboards across multiple sites in London displayed our campaign, amplifying our mission to make women impossible to ignore.
Visiting No.10 Downing Street 🤝
Edwina joined MPs and other female leaders at a special event at No.10 to celebrate International Women’s Day. She was particularly inspired by a speech by Maria Caulfield MP - Minister for Mental Health & Women’s Mental Health Strategy, who shared insights into the key initiatives and investments dedicated to supporting women.
Bringing Inclusivity to Innovation 🦾
Edwina led the conversation of the AI Panel Discussion at the DMA's Future of Data Conference 2024. As a respected leader in data science and female empowerment, Edwina is ensuring that women are part of the conversation when it comes to emerging technologies like AI.
30 years since the launch of Tesco Clubcard 🎉
Through pioneering data science and technology, Edwina created something that no one else had before – Tesco Clubcard. In doing so, she changed the way the world understands consumers. Now, she’s applying the same science to change how to the world understands women. Here’s to where it all began!
Bridging the data Gap for Women 📈
Edwina, joined by Rowena Humby, Trustee of The Female Lead and CEO of data analytics company Starcount, showcased our groundbreaking new insights at the 2024 Women in Data event. Our analysis into the power of Women on the economy, was shared with over 4,000 leaders and businesses with the aim of bridging the gender data gap.
Championing Women in Work 👩💻
We’re excited to share that Edwina will attend the Women in Work Summit in September 2024. Not only will she share insights into What Women Want, she’ll champion our mission to a number of influential leaders in the fight for gender equality at work.
