Dr Nighat is a GP specialising in women’s health, family planning and menopause care with over 15 years of experience in the NHS and she runs her own private practice.
Dr Nighat is the resident Doctor on BBC Breakfast and ITV This Morning. She is a radio presenter at BBC Three Counties. As well as an Ambassador for Wellbeing of Women and member of the UN backed Team Halo initiative, Dr Nighat is the recipient of the Point of Light Prime Minister’s Award for her exceptional service to Women’s Health and she is also the recipient of the 2023 Honorary SHE Award for her outstanding work around Women’s Health. She is the author of her new book ‘The Knowledge. Your guide to female health from menstruation to the menopause”.
Dr. Hazel Wallace
Dr Hazel Wallace is the founder of The Food Medic, a medical doctor, registered associate nutritionist and personal trainer. Hazel is one of Britain and Ireland’s foremost health educators and a trusted advocate for evidence-based lifestyle and fitness practices, with a portfolio that spans print, podcasts and the public sphere.

Dr Hazel hosts the ‘The Food medic’ podcast where she interviews leading experts across the field of health and nutrition. Dr Charis Chambers
Dr. Charis Chambers is a board certified OBGYN, and specialty certified Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecologist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Spelman College in 2010 with a degree in Biology. She completed medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, followed by OBGYN Residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital where she was inducted into the prestigious medical society of Alpha Omega Alpha. She did her fellowship training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, graduating and beginning work as a practicing physician in 2020.
She launched her social media platform, The Period Doctor, in the summer of 2019, after recognizing an unmet need for medically accurate reproductive health information and minority physician representation in social media outlets. Since then, she has been featured on national television as well as in digital media and print publications as a medical expert. Her platform now yields millions of views per month with >199,000 followers.
She left hospital employed medicine in September of 2022 to relocate to Atlanta, GA with plans to open her own practice. Her future aspirations include authorship and continued education and advocacy in the reproductive justice space.

Dr O’Neill(MSc, PhD) is CEO and Founder of Hertility, an award-winning digital health company shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. Hertility was featured in Forbes as one of ten companies with world-changing potential.
Dr Helen O’Neill is a Tenured Lecturer in Reproductive and Molecular Genetics at the Institute for Women’s Health, University College London. She has an MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine, a PhD in Stem Cell Biology and Developmental Genetics from UCL and has spent the last 15 years researching genetics, fertility and women’s health. As a thought leader in reproductive science, she is a TedX speaker, has been interviewed frequently on the BBC, BBC World News, Sky News, the Guardian and was awarded in the Top Twenty Women in Data, 2019 as well as Top 50 Women in European Tech by the Financial Times.
Vanessa Haydock
Vanessa Haydock, AKA The Diabetic Health Coach is an online coach, personal trainer and behaviour analyst (BCBA) living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of three years old. Growing up, managing Diabetes was a struggle for her, leading to years of neglect and denial of her condition. However, as an adult she has now learnt to manage her Diabetes incredibly well and has learnt to not let Diabetes win! She is now on a mission to help as many other individuals living with Diabetes to meet their health, fitness and mindset related goals, whilst being an advocate for all those living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Simone Saunders
Saunders is a graduate level Registered Social Worker and therapist in Calgary, Alberta. She is the founder of The Cognitive Corner—a group psychological practice that focuses on providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive psychological care and psychoeducation to Albertans and Ontarians. In the future, The Cognitive Corner seeks to provide accessible and affordable mental health services to racialized communities, due to the current lack of resources. Simone specializes in the treatment of early childhood trauma, racial trauma, and attachment-based issues, using a mixture of somatic-based modalities and critical theory to address societal/structural inequities. In addition, she is a mental health creator and advocate on Instagram and TikTok, where she aims to normalise mental health struggles and provide accessible psycho-education.
Hannah Barrett
Hannah Barrett is an international yoga teacher who empowers students all over the world to feel confident and find strength with yoga. Hannah founded her own online community of over 350,000 people (@hannahbarrettyoga) and launched her own top-rated yoga app,Yoga Happy, in 2020.

Vicki Chan, MD is a Southern California based ophthalmologist who completed her medical education at Johns Hopkins and ophthalmology training/glaucoma fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. Gabriella (Gabz) Pearson & Anna Cooper
Anna & Gabz started off as two Instagram friends who connected through the mutual demon of Endometriosis who have now become more like family and no longer just cyber pals (even their husbands and dogs are best friends). After many conversations between them of feeling frustrated & deflated, they felt that they needed to be able to do what they were currently doing as individuals on their Instagram platforms, but on a wider scale with a larger voice. This is one of the main driving forces for why they founded the charity Menstrual Health Project.

Dr. Radhika Thakrar
Dr Radhika Thakrar is a paediatrician in London. She shares her journey on social media showing others what life as a doctor is really like - the day to day, the highs and the lows, and everything in between. Dr. Aziza Sesay
Dr. Aziza Sesay is an NHS General Practitioner, GP educator, Honorary Senior Clinical lecturer, host, speaker and health content creator. She has a strong passion for health education, awareness, advocacy and empowerment. She channels this through her platform 'Talks with Dr. Sesay' where she shares short informative videos, infographics, live discussions and tips on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on women’s and gynaecological health, cancer awareness, mental health and health inequity.

Clare Bourne is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist and author, based in London, with a passion to support women and men throughout their lives. She believes in talking openly about taboo topics and ensuring everyone feels comfortable to get support for problems that may feel embarrassing to talk about.
