Dr. Nighat Arif
Dr Nighat is a GP specialising in women’s health, family planning and menopause care with over 15 years of experience in the NHS and she runs her own private practice.
Dr Nighat is the resident Doctor on BBC Breakfast and ITV This Morning. She is a radio presenter at BBC Three Counties. As well as an Ambassador for Wellbeing of Women and member of the UN backed Team Halo initiative, Dr Nighat is the recipient of the Point of Light Prime Minister’s Award for her exceptional service to Women’s Health and she is also the recipient of the 2023 Honorary SHE Award for her outstanding work around Women’s Health. She is the author of her new book ‘The Knowledge. Your guide to female health from menstruation to the menopause”.
Dr. Hazel Wallace
Dr Hazel Wallace is the founder of The Food Medic, a medical doctor, registered associate nutritionist and personal trainer. Hazel is one of Britain and Ireland’s foremost health educators and a trusted advocate for evidence-based lifestyle and fitness practices, with a portfolio that spans print, podcasts and the public sphere.
She is the author of the best-selling books; The Food Medic (2017), The Food Medic For Life (2018) and ‘The Female Factor: making women’s health count and what it means for you’ (2022).
Dr Hazel hosts the ‘The Food medic’ podcast where she interviews leading experts across the field of health and nutrition. The podcast is rated 5 stars on Apple podcasts and, in its current ninth season, has had up to 6 million downloads, reaching 184 countries. As an interviewee herself Hazel regularly provides insight into nutrition on the radio and shows such as ITV’s Lorraine, James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen.
Dr Charis Chambers
Dr. Charis Chambers is a board certified OBGYN, and specialty certified Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecologist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Spelman College in 2010 with a degree in Biology. She completed medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, followed by OBGYN Residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital where she was inducted into the prestigious medical society of Alpha Omega Alpha. She did her fellowship training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, graduating and beginning work as a practicing physician in 2020.
She launched her social media platform, The Period Doctor, in the summer of 2019, after recognizing an unmet need for medically accurate reproductive health information and minority physician representation in social media outlets. Since then, she has been featured on national television as well as in digital media and print publications as a medical expert. Her platform now yields millions of views per month with >199,000 followers.
She left hospital employed medicine in September of 2022 to relocate to Atlanta, GA with plans to open her own practice. Her future aspirations include authorship and continued education and advocacy in the reproductive justice space.
She attributes her tenacity and resilience to her late mother who taught her to speak up, laugh off the little things, and love without apology.
Dr. Helen O’Neill
Dr O’Neill(MSc, PhD) is CEO and Founder of Hertility, an award-winning digital health company shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. Hertility was featured in Forbes as one of ten companies with world-changing potential.
Dr Helen O’Neill is a Tenured Lecturer in Reproductive and Molecular Genetics at the Institute for Women’s Health, University College London. She has an MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine, a PhD in Stem Cell Biology and Developmental Genetics from UCL and has spent the last 15 years researching genetics, fertility and women’s health. As a thought leader in reproductive science, she is a TedX speaker, has been interviewed frequently on the BBC, BBC World News, Sky News, the Guardian and was awarded in the Top Twenty Women in Data, 2019 as well as Top 50 Women in European Tech by the Financial Times.
Vanessa Haydock, AKA The Diabetic Health Coach is an online coach, personal trainer and behaviour analyst (BCBA) living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of three years old. Growing up, managing Diabetes was a struggle for her, leading to years of neglect and denial of her condition. However, as an adult she has now learnt to manage her Diabetes incredibly well and has learnt to not let Diabetes win! She is now on a mission to help as many other individuals living with Diabetes to meet their health, fitness and mindset related goals, whilst being an advocate for all those living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Saunders is a graduate level Registered Social Worker and therapist in Calgary, Alberta. She is the founder of The Cognitive Corner—a group psychological practice that focuses on providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive psychological care and psychoeducation to Albertans and Ontarians. In the future, The Cognitive Corner seeks to provide accessible and affordable mental health services to racialized communities, due to the current lack of resources. Simone specializes in the treatment of early childhood trauma, racial trauma, and attachment-based issues, using a mixture of somatic-based modalities and critical theory to address societal/structural inequities. In addition, she is a mental health creator and advocate on Instagram and TikTok, where she aims to normalise mental health struggles and provide accessible psycho-education.
Hannah Barrett is an international yoga teacher who empowers students all over the world to feel confident and find strength with yoga. Hannah founded her own online community of over 350,000 people (@hannahbarrettyoga) and launched her own top-rated yoga app,Yoga Happy, in 2020.
After the traumatic birth of her daughter, yoga helped Hannah rediscover who she was and find her purpose in life. The transformational effect and growth yoga had on Hannah's recovery gave her passion to help others find strength and calm in the chaos of life through yoga.
Shellie Poulter - The Serenity Doula
Shellie is a doula, educator and mentor (as well as a mother and wife) who is passionate about sharing information around pregnancy and birth, so that people can advocate for their rights and understand their choices. As theserenitydoula on social media, she highlights coercive behaviour in institutions, demonstrates communication to advocate for bodily autonomy, provides education around anatomy and physiology whilst highlighting common practice, research based information and ancient wisdom.
Dr. Vicki Chan
Vicki Chan, MD is a Southern California based ophthalmologist who completed her medical education at Johns Hopkins and ophthalmology training/glaucoma fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. She has built a social media platform (500K on TikTok, and 150K on Instagram) discussing eye health, physician burnout, and medical misinformation. She also connects with viewers about the struggles of being a doctor mom and a woman in medicine.
Dr. Danielle Jones
Dr. Danielle Jones is a board-certified ObGyn from Texas who is currently practicing in Aotearoa/New Zealand. Online she is known as Mama Doctor Jones, where she is recognized as the leading voice in pregnancy & gynecology education with over 3 million highly engaged followers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok & Facebook). Danielle Bezalel, MPH, aka DB (she/her/hers), is the Creator, Executive Producer, and Host of the Sex Ed with DB podcast, a feminist podcast bringing you all the sex ed you never got, centering LGBTQ+ and BIPOC experts. Dr. Faye Begeti
Dr. Faye Begeti is a practising neurology doctor and neuroscientist at Oxford University Hospitals. Having completed her medical degree and PhD at the University of Cambridge, she's on a mission to demystify the wonders of the brain and share her clinical knowledge through her Instagram page the_brain_doctor. While recognising the advantages of technology, she also underscores the importance of moderated and mindful use. Dr. Mary Haver
Dr. Haver is a board-certified OBGYN and Certified Culinary Medical Specialist who practiced traditional obstetrics and gynecology services for over 20 years before devoting her practice to menopause care in 2021. She is a fierce advocate for women's healthcare and changing the way we view menopause. She is the author of the best-selling book The Galveston Diet.
Rhiannon Lambert is a registered nutritionist, founder of Rhitrition clinic, podcast host of Food For Thought and Author. Rhiannon is one of the UK’s leading nutritionists, a Sunday Times best-selling author of "The Science of Nutrition," and a chart-topping podcast host. As an evidence-based practitioner, she's committed to the benefits of a scientific approach to nutrition. In 2016, she founded Rhitrition, a renowned Harley Street clinic. Her clinic specialises in weight management, sports nutrition, eating disorders, and pre- and post-natal nutrition. Rhiannon's expertise has resonated with millions, inspiring and educating many through her work.
Kristen Gingrich is Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor whose mission is to destigmatize Mental Health and Therapy by pulling back the veil and discussing the details of the process in a relatable way. Emma Marshall is the Founder and CEO of Movement is Medicine™ and the creator of The Movement is Medicine Method.
Emma is a TedX Speaker and has been featured on This Morning, Happy Place, the BBC & C4 for her work with Movement is Medicine. Movement is Medicine is a brand that combines neuroscience, music and dance and is dedicated to educating people on how to utilise easily accessible tools and information about the mind-body connection in daily life.
Movement is Medicine was created off the back of Emma’s serious health journey after a ‘mystery illness’ which required a lot of treatment, self study, research and self belief.
During her recovery she created her method and body of work that has helped people deal with stress, trauma, physical and mental health issues around the world.
Emma has a degree in English Lit & Communication Studies and has over 10 years of experience working in the music industry, particularly within rave and dance music culture. She’s worked with some of the UK’s top music talent and globally recognised organisations and brands. She also has experience working with young people within SEN and as a football coach.
Gabriella (Gabz) Pearson & Anna Cooper
Anna & Gabz started off as two Instagram friends who connected through the mutual demon of Endometriosis who have now become more like family and no longer just cyber pals (even their husbands and dogs are best friends). After many conversations between them of feeling frustrated & deflated, they felt that they needed to be able to do what they were currently doing as individuals on their Instagram platforms, but on a wider scale with a larger voice. This is one of the main driving forces for why they founded the charity Menstrual Health Project.
Their mission as a charity is to provide practical support for those suffering with menstrual health concerns and conditions. They do this by providing educational tools and resources, such as their toolkits, hosting seminars & events. Their main aim is to improve the education (& inevitably the understanding) of menstrual health within all educational and workplace settings.
Amy Morin is a psychotherapist, mental strength trainer and the award-winning host of the Mentally Stronger With Therapist Amy Morin podcast.

Dr. Sula Windgassen
Dr Sula is a Health Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist who specialises in using evidence based psychology practices to support people with chronic health conditions, chronic stress and trauma. She is a published researcher, director of Mind Body Blossom health psychology clinic and in the process of writing a book on the mind-body connection.
Dr. Radhika Thakrar
Dr Radhika Thakrar is a paediatrician in London. She shares her journey on social media showing others what life as a doctor is really like - the day to day, the highs and the lows, and everything in between. She hopes to show how fun and exciting being a doctor can be, but is also honest about the difficulties doctors experience during their training. In her spare time Radhika loves trying to keep house plants alive, cooking vegan food and going on bike rides around London.
Dr. Scarlet Nazarian
Scarlet Nazarian is a general surgeon in London, currently undertaking a PhD (the Darzi fellowship) at Imperial College London in cancer detection. She graduated from UCL with a BSc in Pharmacology. She is a keen educator and passionate about creating health content to raise awareness of important health topics. As a female surgeon, she has spoken at numerous ‘Women in Surgery’ events, dedicated to breaking down gender stereotypes within the surgical profession. She continues to bust myths surrounding surgery via her Instagram, TikTok and YouTube thefemalesurgeon. In her spare time she loves to cook, travel and enjoys spinning! As a new mum, she also loves to spend time with her young daughter and husband.
Dr. Aziza Sesay
Dr. Aziza Sesay is an NHS General Practitioner, GP educator, Honorary Senior Clinical lecturer, host, speaker and health content creator. She has a strong passion for health education, awareness, advocacy and empowerment. She channels this through her platform 'Talks with Dr. Sesay' where she shares short informative videos, infographics, live discussions and tips on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on women’s and gynaecological health, cancer awareness, mental health and health inequity.
Dr. Sesay is the creative director of Black Female Doctors UK organisation, Charity fundraising lead for Keep it Fax charity, one of the Board of Directors of Prevention First Initiative, Ambassador for the Eve Appeal and Wellbeing of Women charities; and was a UN Women UK delegate for CSW 67 (volunteer role).
She's been featured on BBC News, Guardian, Metro News, Women's health UK and many more. She’s a true believer in collaboration and has worked with many different organisations including NHS England, DHSC, CoppaFeel!, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust, Black Women Rising UK, PANDAS foundation. In addition, she has also supported several national public health campaigns.
Dr. Jolene Brighten
Dr. Jolene Brighten is a hormone expert, nutrition scientist, and thought leader in women’s medicine. She is board certified in naturopathic endocrinology and a certified sex counselor. Dr. Brighten is the author of Is This Normal, a non-judgemental guide to creating hormone balance, eliminating unwanted symptoms, and building the sexual desire you crave. A fierce patient advocate and completely dedicated to uncovering the root cause of hormonal imbalances, Dr. Brighten empowers women worldwide to take control of their health and their hormones through her website and social medical channels. Dr. Brighten is an international speaker, clinical educator, and medical advisor within the tech community.
Dr. Sayyada Mawji BEM
Dr Sayyada is a London based Family Physician and health & wellbeing expert. She is passionate about increasing health awareness, with a special interest in women’s health and works to tackle health misinformation online through her social media platform @doctorsayyada. Dr Sayyada regularly contributes to national and international media outlets, is a TEDx speaker and Health Expert for Women’s Health Magazine UK as well as on the Expert board for Healthtech App Flo.
Dr Sayyada has a keen passion for International Aid work and holds a senior role within a global charity. She has worked in many underserved and refugee areas around the world assisting with medical facilities, education and training. Her health advocacy work has been recognised and this year she was the recipient of the King's Honours award - the British Empire Medal 2023, as well as being the recipient of the Professional Woman Award and the Zenith Global Health Award.
Clare Bourne is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist and author, based in London, with a passion to support women and men throughout their lives. She believes in talking openly about taboo topics and ensuring everyone feels comfortable to get support for problems that may feel embarrassing to talk about. Clare is the Author of Strong Foundations: Why Pelvic Health Matters which aims to support women of all ages, as well as parents looking to support their kids better with their pelvic health. Clare is also the founder of All About Mum and co-founder of the Pelvic Health Practice.
